“Bird” by Reinhard Fescharek – A Symbiosis of Raw Primal Force and Pure Elegance

With the sculpture “Bird”, Reinhard Fescharek has created an impressive work of modern silver art. From around 10 kilograms of solid fine silver, cast in one piece, grows a minimalist, organic form that stretches skywards with an elegant yet powerful dynamism. The flowing, perfectly mirroring surface of the silver stands in a fascinating dialogue with the deep, dark, archaically hewn natural stone base. An exclusive sculpture in an edition of 25 examples, capturing the essence of freedom and lightness for eternity in one of the noblest materials on earth.
